Architecture
The services offered by De'bonnaire Designz can be broadly divided into five (5) phases:

Construction
During construction, De'bonnaire Developments undertakes the following works:
1. Supervise the building works from start to finish
2. Assess the quality of work at key stages and ensure that contract and specifications are delivered as agreed for the client
3. Keep the client informed of progress, and let the client know when key decisions need to be made
4. Identify defects and administer their rectification
5. Advise when practical completion occurs so you may move in.

Certification
The certifier’s role is to determine applications for construction certificates and complying development certificates, and be appointed as the principal certifying authority (PCA) for the development.
The PCA carries out critical stage inspections during construction to ensure that the building work is in Accordance with the development consent conditions and legislative requirements.
We inspect the following:
1. Preliminary site inspection (prior to commencement of works)
2. Foundation pier holes & trench inspections (prior to concrete filling)
3. Steel reinforcement inspections (prior to concrete pours)
4. Timber framing inspections
5. Waterproofing inspections
6. Stormwater connection inspections
At the end of construction, the certifier’s role is to issue the occupation certificate to the owner after a final inspection has been undertaken if the building is suitable for occupation.
